When double eyelid surgery is performed
without mild ptosis correction
Case 01. Drooping Eyelid

(When the pupil is covered by more than 2mm of the eyelid) If more than 2mm of the iris is covered when the eyes are naturally open, it is classified as ptosis. In such cases, eye shape correction surgery is recommended.
Case 02. Double Eyelid Surgery Only

(Ptosis not corrected) When double eyelid surgery is performed without eye shape correction, the eyelid crease may appear unnatural, and the eyes can look smaller and more tired than before the surgery.
